1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the icinta88 platform — including the website and Android and iOS mobile apps — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

Each member is only permitted to register and maintain one account only on the icinta88 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, identities, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure.

Icinta88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to copies of a national ID, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All deposits into an icinta88 account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform and in the member's name only. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or digital wallets are not permitted.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is MYR 20 per transaction. Daily maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Members can set their own personal deposit limits via account settings as part of responsible gaming measures.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours once all verification requirements are met. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction. icinta88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and all major Malaysian commercial banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred, cashed out, or withdrawn directly — only net winnings after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

If your account is found to be involved in any prohibited activity, icinta88 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds, and report information to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Icinta88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the icinta88 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be returned to the member via the original payment method, subject to compliance with all applicable withdrawal conditions.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, a monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) will be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

8. Limitation of Liability

Icinta88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will operate free of technical disruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

• Icinta88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party cyberattacks beyond our control.
• Icinta88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of legitimate game outcomes.
• The maximum liability of icinta88 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming
